Dr. Jack Lorvde Ibiwari

Dr. Jack Lorvde Ibiwari is an experienced professional, holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Environmental Management, a Master’s Degree in Building Economics (Construction Management) from Dimiter Blagoev Higher Institute for National Economy, Varna Bulgaria (1983), a Bachelor of Commercial Management (Quantity Surveying) from London South Bank University, United Kingdom (2006).

Dr. Ibiwari has over 20 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor/ Project manager where he served both locally and internationally. His early career started with the Rivers State University of Science and Technology as an Assistant Lecturer in 1986. He served the Federal Government in the Oil Mineral Producing Areas Development Commission (Defunct OMPADEC)/ Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) as the Pioneer Assistant Director, Project Monitoring between 1993 and 2001. He proceeded to the United Kingdom where his career continued. He returned to Nigeria and worked with the NDDC as a consultant for the Presidential Monitoring Committee prior to his reinstatement as an Assistant Director where he served till 2015.

Dr. Ibiwari is a member of many professional societies and married with children.
