Mr. Abdullahi Muhammed (Executive Director Monitoring and Inspection)

A graduate of Accounting from Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic, Zaria, with a Masters Degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria.

Mr. Muhammed served as a Deputy Director with SUBEB Katsina (LGEA) before his appointment as an Executive Director with the Nigeria-Sao Tome & Principe Joint Development Authority in 2025. He obtained professional membership with Chartered Institute of Taxation in Nigeria (CITN), Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN) and Association of Financial Analysts of Nigeria (AFAN)

Mr. Muhammed is married with children.
