Mr. Mohammed Lawal Ibrahim (Executive Director Finance and Administration)

A graduate of Political Science from University of Abuja, with a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from University of Leeds, United Kingdom.

Mr. Lawal is a professional human resources practitioner with over two decades experience in various HR roles in multinational and public sector organisations. His career has centred around effective human resources development/management, through knowledge transfer and succession planning, particularly in the public sector.

Prior to his appointment as an Executive Director at the Nigeria-Sao Tome & Principe Joint Development Authority (JDA), Mr Lawal rose to the rank of Assistant Director and Head, Training and Staff Welfare with Nigeria Air Space Research & Development Agency, Abuja (from 2016-2022). He also worked with the Nigeria-Sao Tome & Principe Joint Development Authority where he built his professional career in Human Resources Management, specializing in compensation and benefit, Mortgage Policy, pension and payroll architecture from 2004-2016.

Mr. Lawal is married with children.
